Interact for a day with the history, polity and theology at the heart of the United Church of Christ.  Designed for the casually curious and devoted church nerd alike, you will explore how the UCC proclaims, works, equips, and engages each part of the denomination as the hands and feet of Christ in the world.  Through videos, conversation and activities you will see how the UCC was formed and how it has grown to the church it is today. Led by Rev. Ellis Arnold, associate conference minister in the Iowa, Nebraska and South Dakota Conferences UCC.

This event is offered FREE of charge through your church’s generous giving to Our Church’s Wider Mission. You will have an opportunity to go out for lunch or bring a brown bag lunch.

After registering, you’ll get an email with a few links for videos and readings to help you prepare for our time together.

Sponsored by Nebraska’s Heartland Association and open to all folks within NE, SD, and IA conferences.
