Lay Education

Lay Education for Ministry and Leadership is a part of the larger church, and includes interactions among all the levels and members of the Iowa Conference.  Relationships are formed not only with instructors and other participants, but with Committees on Ministry and the Conference Staff.  In many instances, participants become more active in the wider church, serving on Conference and national committees and projects. Participants become a greater blessing to their home congregations.
