Annual Meeting - Videos Wanted!!!

We are looking for church youth/youth groups to record DVDs that we can play during the prelude to services and in-between events at the Annual Meeting. The videos should fit the following characteristics

• 2-3 minutes in length recorded on DVD

• During the introduction, one individual can say “This is my church.”

• A tour of your church building. Show the different areas of the church and the youth can talk about what happens in those areas or memories of events in those areas.

• Somewhere in the middle of the tour, the youth/group can say, “This is our church.”

• At the end of the tour/video, the entire group can say, “Welcome to our church!”

• Send the completed DVD to the Iowa Conference Office

DVDs will not be returned unless a self addressed, prepaid mailer is provided.
